What We Offer

Natural stone surfaces represent a substantial architectural investment in any corporate, hospitality, or high-end residential property across London and the South East. Without dedicated, substrate-specific care, relentless pedestrian traffic, abrasive exterior grit, and unsuitable detergents rapidly erode factory finishes and cause lasting sub-surface damage.

At Stone Rescue, we deliver an end-to-end stone management framework across Greater London and the Home Counties—including Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. From historic Grade-listed properties in Central London to expansive corporate head offices in the wider South East, our preventative maintenance programmes preserve aesthetic value, elevate hygiene, and keep your facilities fully compliant with UK health and safety standards.

Our Proactive Natural Stone Care Methodology

Maintaining the integrity and slip resistance of natural stone requires a structured protocol rather than ad-hoc cleaning. Our approach delivers systematic audits, frontline staff alignment, and full health and safety governance tailored to regional operational requirements.

Marble floor restoration services

Our experienced floor care specialists are trained to carry out a vast variety of floor treatments such as cleaning, vitrifying, grinding, crystalizing and sealing, so that the natural appearance of the flooring can be restored and maintained.

These services can be carried out on all types of natural stone such as Marble, Granite, Limestone, Slate, Sandstone, Travertine, Terrazzo, Mosaic or Composite.

From survey to a practical floor care plan

A useful restoration plan begins with the surface itself: its material, current condition, previous coatings, traffic and cleaning routine. A site survey allows the proposed method and finish to reflect how the floor is actually used. We can then explain which areas need deep cleaning, local repair, polishing or sealing, rather than applying the same treatment everywhere.

Working around your property

For a commercial site, scheduling, access and the cleaning team’s day-to-day methods are part of the plan. The operations team can provide site-specific risk assessments, method statements and product data sheets as relevant to the proposed work. After restoration, suitable cleaning products and an appropriate maintenance frequency help preserve the result. The advice for a porous limestone floor may differ from that for polished granite or terrazzo.
