The Pendulum Test is used to assess slip risk potential of pedestrian walking surfaces.
We carry out the slip test on this floor, where the resistance grade on dry is 63 and on wet 52.
Minimum requirement by law is 36. In comparison the existing floor have about 53 grade resistance (on dry) but on wet is 16. -
Black Granite Restoration
Black granite restoration including the below services:
-replacing the grout with anti-mould epoxy grout;
-grinding about 3 mm from the top surface;
-polishing and finishing with glossy finish;
-applying black stone tint;
-applying granite solvent-based sealant -
